This brand new contemporary design loft has a splendid view on the ocean from the bright and airy living room.
You will enjoy the terrace with the swimming pool surrounded by a small garden.
Philea offers two very comfortable bedrooms accessible from the living room. One of them also has an access to the garden and the pool. Each ones has its own bathroom.
