One of our Favorites

We had a fantastic stay at Tidal Paradise! Communication with the host was quick and easy, and the home was spotless when we arrived. We especially loved the heated pool and the covered deck—perfect for relaxing any time of day. The location was ideal: quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk or drive to the beach and the town. Everything about our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. We’d definitely stay here again!

Nice home near beach

We enjoyed our stay, the house was exactly as advertised. Furnishings were comfortable as were the beds. The pool is heated which allowed us to swim on a colder day. The backyard was nice for the dogs. Will stay here again of the opportunity arises.

Great house!

Tidal Paradise was exactly as advertised! The home was clean and just the right size. The pool was a nice addition and the backyard spacious. 5 minute walk to the beach. A nice quiet space to stay but only a 20 minute drive from all of the hustle and bussle of downtown St. Augustine. Owner was very quick to respond and rules for the house were clear.

Fantastic House and Hosts

We felt right at home from the moment we checked in. It was roomy and comfortable. Pool was nice and warm. Excellent especially since the days were in the low to mid 70’s. The hosts answered all texts within minutes from the time we booked until we left. It is exactly as advertised. Everything was close and we enjoyed the beach which was just down the street. David and Party are great and we had been in another of their properties a few years ago. Jen is the VRBO agent that helped us. I highly recommend this property as well as any other properties owned by David and Patty. You won’t be disappointed!

The home is big and spacious with all the amenities. It's thoughtfully equipped with everything you'd need to enjoy your stay. The pool is amazing to have to jump into after a long hot day on the beach. We'll definitely be returning on future trips.

Great location and house!

Location in Butler Beach is great, house was well maintained and functional with three bedrooms. The master is on the opposite end of the house from the two guests which is a nice setup. Yard was great for the dog and pool was perfect. We decided to drive to the beach as it was a long walk for summer heat. Several access spots very close. You can also drive on the beach which is fun. One note is there is another rental property with the same setup next door so you roll the dice on who your neighbors will be, it was empty most of the week so great for us. Very relaxing week, highly recommended!

Nice long weekend

Stayed a few nights and had a wonderful stay. House is just as listed. Very clean. We walked to the beach a couple of times. We drove to the beach as well when we had more things to carry. Our girls loved the pool. Our dog loved the fenced in back yard. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Great home!

Better than we could have imagined! Had a girls wknd for my 10 year old daughter’s birthday. Enjoyed the heated pool! Home was set up perfectly! Will definitely recommend this home and stay again in the future.

Best friend gathering

House had everything we needed and was clean. Manager checked in often so it was an easy fix when the AC decided to stop working. It was back on in no time. Stores are close by for anything you might need and the beach is as well. The only downfall I found was privacy… but I’d definitely rent again.

Perfect stay

This house is very cute and the description was perfect. Check went smooth and easy. Very private location and quiet neighborhood. The house is clean and had all needed kitchen utensils. I gave 5 stars but I will say that the WiFi/internet went down on the third day which is not fault of the owners. I luckily had a hot spot on my phone that I could connect too. The WiFi is quite slow and I was not really able to utilize it. The location is quiet and out of the way. You can walk to The beach but it’s not really convenient. Driving is my preference so it worked for me. You would have to drive to get into town for the restaurants and pier. We had a wonderful time and giving 5 stars. I would stay here again.

Very much enjoyed the property: it was cleaned and provided easy access to the area

The rental was very clean and orderly: I would suggest a few towel bars in the main bathroom; it was a little difficult to get a place to hang towels: A few more towels/washcloths would also be a great help: The property owners were extremely nice and kept us aware of persons who may have needed to come...Overall we all loved our stay!
