Great location close to town and easy drive to the beach. Not far from the Conch House and Marina with a sweet little coffee shop, Flamingo Coffee across the street diagonally. Lots of towels provided, two big tvs and host was quick to respond to any questions. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when we visit the area!

Our host answered all our inquiries quickly and the location was great for the short walk to town to see the lights. Also, easy to walk to nearby or in town restaurants, shops and sight seeing. Good stay

I have had the pleasure of visiting St. Augustine on multiple occasions. This time I chose to stay in a house rather than a hotel, which proved to be a wonderful experience. The house was conveniently located in close proximity to the main attractions, allowing for easy access to various destinations by foot.

It was so clean and convenient because we were there for a wedding and it was very close to downtown! Also very dog friendly. Our 7lb Yorkie was safe and happy. I only wish both bedrooms had a television.

Great stay

Excellent location, parking and property. Super comfortable property. Had everything we needed. Location was great and awesome that parking is right in front. Super clean apartment! We enjoyed our stay and will hopefully be back!
