Designed for six guests, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers room to unwind after time spent along Crescent Beach. Four comfortable beds provide space for everyone to recharge, and each bedroom includes the privacy and storage needed for both short stays and extended visits.

The private balcony overlooks Crescent Beach, offering a front-row seat to shifting tides and open water. From here, you can wander to shared community areas such as the pool and tennis courts or take the private walkway that leads directly to the sand. Elevator access makes every transition easy, whether you're heading out for sunrise or returning after a day by the shore.

Kitchen & dining
A full kitchen gives you the flexibility to prepare meals at your own pace, complemented by a dining table that gathers everyone together. After exploring the beach or nearby St. Augustine, you can return to relax in the living area with TV. Beach essentials are provided for effortless days on the sand.

The condo includes essentials such as air conditioning, heating, a ceiling fan, and bathroom essentials. Laundry is available with both a washer and dryer, and convenient self check-in via keypad makes arrival simple. Two parking spaces and a private entrance add ease throughout your stay. Safety features include a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.
