The primary bedroom offers a plush queen bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom features a cozy queen trundle bed with a twin underneath. The third bedroom is perfect for kids or additional guests, with three twin beds including a trundle. Fresh linens, beach towels, and thoughtful touches await to make your stay enjoyable.
Families will love the selection of games for kids, ensuring fun for all ages. Plus, beach days are effortless with the provided beach gear, including chairs and towels. * To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend you bring the following or make your trip to the store after checking in as the unit MAY have some of these items already: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, umbrellas, sun screen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

* 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of $40 per day must be paid prior to check-in.

* You will receive your door code via digital welcome guide approximately 3 days prior to check-in.

* You must be 25 years or older to book this property, no exceptions.
* 2 dogs welcome in this home with approval prior to booking. Dogs allowed (2) $150 non refundable deposit for first dog, $50 for additional dog.

* There is to be no smoking or vaping inside and/or outside of this home. If we find evidence of smoking/vaping, you will be charged $500.

* AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation.
