We had a horrible experience at this location. Checked In only to find our “suite” was actually located in the Lobby. Extremely loud, only spot in the hotel without carpet so every thing rolling by was so loud we had to turn the tv volume up to cover it. Later on in the stay, we realized the door did not lock. So if we were not inside with the deadbolt on, anyone could push the door open and enter. We had to move to a different room that was not a suite. The front desk was not very helpful because we booked through Expedia. One night we stayed in and planned to eat at the bar. Took 20 minutes to get a drink so decided not to even wait to order food. Hilton usually does better! That’s why we usually stay at Hilton properties. This one is a definite no.

Find a different place to stay. Booked a king room with shower for Valentine’s Day and arrived to two queens with a dirty tub. Wasn’t told prior to going up that the room we booked was given away, so had to call down and deal with situation. Receptionist could have cared less and said it was due to booking through Expedia.

Hotel was located about 1 mile from the historic area, and very close to the fountain of youth area. Staff was friendly and room was clean. The bath towers were like cardboard. Many streaming services available on the TV.

The room was clean. The weather was perfect so we were able to walk to the Fort and shopping area downtown. We had dinner at their restaurant downstairs. It was good and the service was fantastic.

Beautiful room, extremely nice area. Parking is limited. Only 1 EV charger- that was a problem but there is a supercharger right down the road(10min) The only Bad thing, personal preference, the bed is EXTREMELY HARD. Neither my wife or I liked it, it actually caused us to get minimal sleep- will not stay in a double tree again because of this
