The staff was friendly and you could tell they’re doing updates to the hotel but in our room, the bathroom ceiling was peeling above the shower, they neglected to complete the paint job in the room (the new paint color wasn’t done around the light switch in the bathroom).Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable.

The room was terrible. My husband noticed his feet were really dirty right after showering. He took a towel and wiped the floor and it was filthy! The door to the room didn’t close properly. You had to slam it to get it closed. And it still wasn’t shut securely. They did total cob jobs on anything they “fixed”. Holes in the walls, very poor paint jobs. It was just gross.

Hotel very rundown. The sink in both rooms clogged, the floors not mopped. The bathroom doors just panted over the rusted hinges . The bed was uncomfortable as heck. Have paid less for a better room.

I didn’t have any issues with the staff themselves, but the beds were awful—hard and squeaky. We also discovered roaches in our room, which we didn’t notice until 11:30 p.m. When I mentioned it to the front desk at checkout and asked about a discount, I was told it was up to the manager and that I needed to send an email. I’ve emailed, but I’m still waiting for a response. The front desk staff didn’t apologize or acknowledge the inconvenience; they simply said, “I’ll leave a note for the manager,” which made it seem like this wasn’t the first time they had heard of an issue like this.

This review is specific to the room. The lighting was too low. There was no water pressure in the shower and the Dish network signal was terrible. This was a handicap room so these this described above must be even better for comfort.
