Coastal charm was a pleasure to visit. The house was clean and centrally located. The host is accommodating and kind. The backyard was the selling point for me but unfortunately due to the weather, we were unable to utilize the area. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for quiet and comfortable.

MUST RENT! This little house was perfect! The host sent us the info two days in advance, check in was a breeze and the house was everything you would want or need. For a nice walk it’s one mile to St. George Street or you can ride the bikes that are available with the house rental. The backyard is completely fenced and private.At night it’s magical thanks to the strung lights. We only used the master bedroom and it has a very comfortable king size bed. We plan to rent this gem again!

Fantastic property for a weekend getaway

The property life’s up to the accuracy in the photos! The backyard is stunning at night. Everything is in very close range to down to st Augustine. Brian the host is very responsive and check in/out process was a breeze. I will definitely be retuning in the future to st Augustine and will hopefully stay at this same VRBO.

We loved the property!! The backyard was a nice little sanctuary where we enjoyed the fire pit. Our dog and 4 year old loves the fenced in yard and the neighborhood was nice and quiet! We also loved the host, he was easy to get in touch with and allowed us to check in 3 hours early! Our son was really sad to leave the house, he loved it as well!

Great Place

My family and i just got home from a great stay at this home.It was cozy, clean and we enjoyed the backyard. Also if you have younger children this place was great, i’m always nervous bringing my toddler to other places because it is hardly child proof but this one was awesome. We love st augustine and will book this home again for our future stays!

Perfect Location

We had a great stay in St Augustine. This house was the perfect location for walking to some restaurants on the waterfront and also easy to drive to tourist destinations. Each night we drove to St Augustine Beach to walk along and have dinner. The house was very accommodating. Had a nice fenced in yard and everything we needed for a great stay

Perfect cottage in perfect location!

I would have to say that the rental exceeded our expectations! Two couples stayed at the cottage. Very clean, very comfortable in a quiet location but only one mile from the center of town. I would absolutely stay there again.

Perfect Location

Very cute small house in historical side. Only 2 blocks from trolley stop #11 which was super convenient as parking is expensive and difficult to find in popular areas. House was updated, clean and had a perfect backyard for our 4 legged family member. Can easiy bike to any place you want to go!!backyard

Convenient and cozy

Spent 3 nights here while visiting St Augustine. House was so cozy and furnished with everything we needed. It is only 1.2 miles to the shops and restaurants and a quick 10 Uber.The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and the backyard was so great to hang out in. Hope to come back soon!

Cute St. Augustine stay with old world charm

Brian was very responsive and sent all the necessary info to find the place easily. It had everything we needed when we arrived and was a very simple Checkin process. The house was great and we loved the back yard. The horse carriages even walked right by the house in the evening. Would recommend and stay there again

The property was clean and comfortable. Even though it was very close to the action, it was quiet and peaceful. The lovely fenced yard allowed out little dog to have freedom as well. We enjoyed our time there.
