Tucked on the second floor of a classic Cordova Street duplex, this upstairs unit sits in the heart of St. Augustine's historic district - steps from cobblestone streets, iconic landmarks, boutique shops, and the finest dining the nation's oldest city has to offer. This is renting just the upstairs unit, in which the backyard is shared with the downstairs unit. Each unit has its own private entrance, and there is no connection between the upstairs and downstairs units once inside. Each unit sleeps 4, or if renting the entire property (Cordova A+B) it sleeps 8.. Sorry, no pets.
 
Living space
An open-concept layout greets you with tile floors, high ceilings, and natural light throughout. The living area is set up with a smart TV and comfortable seating - perfect for winding down after a day of sightseeing.
 
Sleeping arrangements
Both bedrooms are furnished with queen beds, fresh linens, and ample storage, sleeping up to 4 guests. A pack-n-play and baby gate are also available for families traveling with little ones.
 
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, cooking basics, and all dishes needed. The dining table seats four comfortably.
 
Bathroom & laundry
The full bathroom features a bathtub, hair dryer, and fresh towels. An in-unit washer and dryer are a welcome convenience for longer stays.
 
Outdoor & arrival
The front porch offers relaxed seating with views of Cordova Street's charming Victorian homes. The shared backyard has outdoor seating - a pleasant spot on a mild St. Augustine evening. Free parking on premises and smart lock self check-in make arrival seamless.
 
Location
Castillo de San Marcos, boutique shops, art galleries, and a wide dining scene are all walkable from your door. Vilano Beach and downtown events are close by. Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make this equally suited for remote work or extended stays.
