The home was well kept and in good condition and close proximity to the beach. Unfortunately, the next door neighbor has a long-standing issue with the property owner and blasts bright security lights all night long directly at the property which is intrusive to say the least. You can't even sleep the house. The neighbor also has security cameras directed at private areas of the rental with security signs clearly posted to alert you that you are being videotaped.The property owner is aware of this, however it is not mentioned in the listing. We paid well over 2,500 for a three-night stay and our peace was definitely severely impacted. We felt taken advantage of by the property owner, they know that this is an issue I have communication with him about it.Unfortunately, I won't be refunded for any portion of the stay.This would be a great place to stay and a great house to entertain friends and family. Unfortunately, I will not be staying here ever again and I highly advise any other perspective renters to seek other accommodations solely on the fact of the neighbor issue.
