Enjoy the Laurentians in this charming Scandinavian-style chalet in Saint-Adolphe-d'Howard. Like a tree house, this chalet is located in a very private setting at the end of a cul-de-sac. This new construction on the shores of Lac Noir can accommodate a maximum of 5 travelers. The surroundings will charm you with the variety of outdoor activities available, and the peace and privacy of the property will allow you to spend peaceful moments with family or friends.

THE ACCOMMODATION: On the second floor, this chalet features a large modroom-style entrance vestibule to store all your outdoor sports and activity equipment for summer or winter. On the same level are two (2) closed bedrooms with queen-size beds, storage space and views of nature, as well as a full bathroom with separate shower and bathtub.

On the second floor, a large open space overlooking the tree canopy includes all living areas. A fully equipped kitchen, with island and lunch counter, is adjacent to a dining room that seats up to 6, and a living room featuring a wood-burning fireplace. There's also an enclosed laundry room, with a second toilet.

A mezzanine accessible by ladder includes an office space, ideal for telecommuting, as well as an additional (single) bed. Unlimited high-speed WiFi is also available.

TRAVELERS' ACCESS You'll have full keypad-accessible accommodation. The entire property, including parking for two cars, a back deck with furnishings and barbecue, and access to Lac Noir with private dock and kayak, will be at your disposal.

Please note that the accommodation is located on a site with a certain gradient. You'll need to climb several steps to get from the parking lot to the unit, and from the unit to the lake.

DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD You'll be close to many attractions, including the villages of Saint-Adolphe-d'Howard, Morin-Heights and especially Saint-Sauveur, which offers a wide variety of shops and outings. In summer, many hiking trails, mountain bike and quad trails and golf courses are nearby. For winter, Nordic hiking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and snowmobiling trails, and ski resorts (Mont-Avalanche, Mont Avila, Mont Saint-Sauveur, Mont-Olympia, Mont Sommet Gabriel, Mont Morin-Heights and Mont Habitant) are within a 15-minute drive.

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood that is ideal for walks to the community beach (10 minutes' walk), the children's park (5 minutes' walk) and the other lakes of the Domaine des Quatre-Lacs. The tranquility of the neighborhood is paramount, which is why it is FORBIDDEN to organize any type of gathering that would exceed the number of people authorized in the unit, i.e. 5 people.

Amazing place! The house is super comfortable and it has everything we needed! Hugo was always very responsive. The bbq gas tank needed to be replaced and he sent someone right away! Merci, Hugo! The lake is amazing. It’s small and quiet which makes it really relaxing! It’s not very deep but that’s fine for me. Saint Sauveur is close enough for great food places too. We loved our stay and really recommend the place.
