The Space:
Delightfully Tiny by Tiny Away is located in the peaceful countryside of Springmount, a tranquil escape just an hour's drive from Melbourne and a mere 22 minutes from the vibrant city of Ballarat.

While you're here, check out nearby Creswick—perfect for a nature walk through beautiful, leafy forests. Then continue on to Clunes, a captivating country town set among rolling farmland and golden fields that stretch across the horizon.

Our weekend retreat is beautifully maintained, surrounded by lush, neatly trimmed grass and a picturesque bush landscape with a cozy ambiance. A welcoming fire pit makes it perfect for gathering and enjoying the natural beauty and local wildlife.

A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you’re booking for a family, you can take a pick of the another tiny house (Charmingly Tiny by Tiny Away) available with just 24 hours' notice. The tiny house is 50 meters away from the 2nd tiny house.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings. The main house is the only restricted area, enclosed by fencing separate from your accommodation.

If you are interested, we offer the following pre-order options:

- Breakfast is available for an additional fee.
- Firewood is also available at an extra cost, or guests may purchase it from nearby local stores.

Delightfully Tiny by Tiny Away is tucked away in the tranquil countryside of Springmount—just an hour from Melbourne and 22 minutes from Ballarat. Whether you're swimming at St. Georges Lake, getting lost in the fun at Maze House, or exploring nearby Clunes and Creswick, where history and nature meet, adventure is never far from your doorstep.

Getting Around:
By car:

- From Springmount you are 5 mins from Creswick
- 5mins from Daylesford they a big town closest City
- 15mins away is Ballarat and Melbourne is 1 hour and 30 minutes away everywhere is sealed roads

By public transport:

Can get train from Melbourne to Ballarat and some trains go to Creswick but not all trains would have check timetable first then would have to get taxi from train to Springmount but could get bus from ballarat to Creswick then taxi from Creswick to Springmount

Other Things to Note:
- No loud music after 9pm
- Gas BBQ Grill is available
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Optus has a good signal while the rest have weak signals
- We have "Drinking Water" provided in a jug inside the fridge
- No smoking allowed inside the tiny home; only in designated areas
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

Important note:

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property.
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban period
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
