The property is located in a very unsafe part of the city. We didn’t feel safe staying there, we booked a hotel instead.Upon opening building door there was a terrible odor, carpet in hallway to apartment was buckled up. The parking lot was full of overgrown weeds & grass. I didn’t take photos due to the fact we wanted to leave there ASAP, because we didn’t feel safe. A refund of 27.00 is a complete joke!

This will be my "go to" for my Springfield visits. I really felt comfortable here. It is a really nice spot. The apartment is bigger than a large hotel room and really felt homey. Great deal, great price! Loved it

It was a nice apartment close to down town . Seating in the living room wasn't the greatest . I sat at the kitchen table in the evenings . I did remember seeing it was a second floor apartment with stairs . But overall very nice a suited our needs .

Decent Place with New Furnishings, Comfortable Bed and Good Shower Pressure

It is in a good, fairly central location, the host seemed very nice & helpful and communication was good. The bed, pillows and bedding were great, we slept well. The setup/amenties were good, nice little kitchen and eating area, 2 nice tvs. The shower pressure was good. The finish work (paint, caulk, shower fixtures) in the apartment were very sloppy...overall not a big deal. It was a decent place to sleep for one night in a town where the hotels are expensive on the weekends and dont have great reviews. For some reason in the check in message from the host we were given a different code for the lock on the door then it actually was, thankfully he was onsite to give us the correct code when we arrived.
