The property was very clean. Location was excellent. The kayaks could use some updating as the double kayak seats were broke and could use a couple of sit on top kayaks. The house does have a lot of step up step down areas which was no problem for us but isn’t advertised very well for people who may have mobility issues. Communication was okay.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house itself had a few things that weren’t in perfect condition such as towel rings that were loose on the wall and a cabinet door missing but, overall, I’d stay again. It worked great for a family.

Roomy and the waterfront area is the best I’ve seen in the area! We seen many manatees and they have plenty of kayaks for the whole family. The house is perfect for a family vacation!

Fantastic Time with Friends and Family

This place is a prime spot for swimming and kayaking. Plenty of space in this home for up to 8-10 people. I loved the area. Quiet and nature in abundance. If you love the serine pleasure of nature this home is for you. The owner was on point wuth their destruction description. Thank you. W will be back.

Summer getaway

This house was perfect for our family. We also rented the apartment so we had the entire house which sleeps 12. It literally had everything that you needed and more. We had 3 small children ages 6,5 and 3 and the location on the river was exactly what we needed. It was very shallow right off the dock so we were able to put floats in the water and just hang right there while the kids played. Or we could take one of the kayaks or paddle boards down the river. We saw so many manatees and even dolphins right off our dock. We look forward to renting this house for many summers to come!! Super clean and quick responsive management made our trip easy and enjoyable! We were looking for a peaceful relaxing summer vacation and that’s exactly what we got! Cannot wait to stay here again next summer!!

Weeki Wachee River

House was immaculate and well equipped. The river is practically in the back yard! Great views and easy access for swimming and kayaking. We encountered two small issues that were caused by us and management was very supportive and resolved both issues promptly. Would definitely return and highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to spend time on crystal clear river. There are several step up/down locations in addition to a 2nd story master bedroom and bath. So anyone with mobility issues may have difficulty. Great vacation. Thank you!!!

Family get together.

We have rented houses through VRBO all over the U.S.This was easily one of the best!For starters it is so equipped,the kitchen has everything you need if you plan on cooking,dishes pots pans even some spices condiments tea bags coffee even splenda!All furniture inside and out beautiful,modern clean and comfortable.Hoube is so perfect and beautiful!OK,now the river.Your directly on it with steps leading you right in.They have kayakes life preservers floats.I really cant say enough about this fabulous property.Five Stars for sure!
