Great hosts! Had issue with AC when first arrived, they fixed problem and came back with extra heaters just in case. Lots of deer and peace were to be found. Look forward to coming out again next time I need to decompress.

Great property. Definitely for the able bodied though. Make sure you are careful getting in and out of the shower. Kitchen utensils were a little worse for wear. Overall it was a lovely experience

A lovely place for quiet solitude. It was pleasant. Enjoyed seeing the deer, mostly does, but one buck and a couple of yearlings. Also some squirrels. Do not expect a 5 star sterile environment. This is a nice cabin in the woods. We stayed for 4 nights. Our youngest daughter was getting married.

Escape from the world

I absolutely loved my quant cabin in the woods. Not only was it away from the hustle and bustle of the world but it made the perfect travel home to rescue my newest dog. The cabins floors are tile which immediately took away my anxiety of bringing a puppy in (thankfully she had no accidents). Lots of land to hike, puppy and I enjoyed seeing deer, a fox, a skunk, and several very friendly cows. The property had abundance of birds, frogs and crickets making natures music. My brother lives in San Antonio and my dad lives in Fischer Texas, it was the perfect middle location. I strongly encourage this rental to anyone that wants to unplug and get back to nature.

Fantastic Getaway

We absolutely loved this little cabin! It’s a perfect getaway spot and was so relaxing and cozy. The interior is homey and comfortable. And the view around the cottage is beautiful. If you enjoy wildlife or fishing, this is the perfect place for you. The fishing hole is great for catching small fish and we saw all kinds of wildlife around the property.

Like stepping back in history

I loved how simple the cabin was, but wasn’t so simple at the same time. The cabin makes you feel like you stepped back in time. My family loved the little fishing hole and the hikes were beautiful. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway. The host was also very responsive and kind.

Peaceful Christmas Setting

The cottage was a perfect place for us to stay in Spring Branch. There were just 2 of us staying on the property, but our two daughters, a son in law and 4 granddaughters (6-12 years) visited several times. They loved the cattle, opening and closing gates and playing at the stream. The bed was comfortable and everything was as listed in the description. We hope to stay there often. .
