Quality Inn Fredericksburg near Historic Downtown

3/5 Okay

"The rooms were clean. The bed was ok. Breakfast was ok not great but ok. However, they took my credit card for incidentals and when I checked the card account after leaving they charged it $10.65 with out telling me they were going to. Upon calling them to inquite what that was they said parking fee. When I told the guy on the phone that I was not informed of a parking fee charge he said that they always tell everyone about it....well no sir they did not last night. The charge was not alot but it is the point that they charged it with out telling me and no receipt for it either. Do not get caught like I did from now on I will double check what they are doing with my card. This is a first and will be my last."
