Compact fairly basic studio type apartment. Excellent position, close to beach (5 mins walk) and shops but in a peaceful area. Station, harbour and buses about 20 min walk. The owner was very pleasant and helpful and on-site. WiFi, TV, AC/Heating worked perfectly. Not luxury but reasonable value. We enjoyed our stay.

Croatia: Pleasant City, People, and Stay.

Not suited for those expecting the luxuries of hotel service, but for those who want to experience Croatian middle class living. Manager Sinisa arranged transportation to and from the airport (as requested) and greeted us upon arrival. He provided information and suggestions regarding our stay, and made himself readily available via “WhatsApp”. He quickly responded to our questions and catered to all of our requests. Sinisa went out of his way to ensure our comfort. Parking could be challenging, but we were without a car. We chose to either walk or be shuttled (Sinisa arrangements) to our destinations. No view of the sea from our room, however, the beach is within walking distance.

Split Paradise

Sinisa was a great host! The place was brand new and super clean. The location is wonderful, with several grocery stores within 4 minute walk, plus the beach about 5 minutes away. The old city was only about 12 minute walk away. We loved the apartment and having the kitchen saved us heaps of cash. Would totally recommend this place and would love to come back.

5-minute walk from the beach

Our host, Mr. Sinisa, was absolutely amazing and always easy to reach. He was incredibly helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and just a 5-minute walk from the beach. It was also conveniently located about 20 minutes on foot from the old town area and the harbor, where most activities and day trips begin. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Good value for money. Small but enough for us. Very nice location, quiet yet pretty close to all you need. Very hospitable owner . 2 sandy beaches within a 5-7 min walk. 20 minutes walk to center of split harbor.

Location was great only 10-15 min walk to the beaches & old port/town. However the room’s wifi did not work at all despite several attempts the owner trying to fix which is ridiculous as well as no room cleaning the 7 nights stay, dirty and feels like the room and bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all. Shampoo and other bottles provided were half empty and some even expired years ago.
