GRAPES & STARS PETIT on the Sperlonga hill

Uva e Stelle Petit is a delightful little country house halfway between Sperlonga and Itri. Immersed in the green of the Mediterranean maquis, it is located on a particularly panoramic point of the hill from which, on clear days, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea, the islands of Ischia, Capri and the Pontine islands.
Inside the property there is a main villa and a vineyard, hence the reference to grapes in the name of the house. With a pleasant walk you can reach woods and small hillside paths.
At 8 km there is the town of Sperlonga with its white sandy beach, the old town centre and the small squares with shops and restaurants.
The house is on one floor on which you will find:
a large living room with sofa bed for 2 people, open kitchen ,bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. Outside we have a covered patio, from which you can enjoy the garden and the sea view, equipped with tables, chairs, deckchairs and other large spaces equipped for outdoor living and barbecue area.
The house is furnished with lovely furniture suitable for a country environment, the atmosphere is very light and pleasant.
There is no air conditioning, but the house is close to the hillside and always keeps cool.
Wi-Fi (internet) included.
In the garden, completely fenced and equipped with a driveway and pedestrian gate, there are two parking spaces covered by a canopy and space for other uncovered parking spaces.
Pets are allowed on request with an extra charge.

tre giorni di assoluto relax

l'accoglienza più cortese da parte della signora Letizia. una struttura nuova e dal gusto squisito. ampi spazi esterni immersi nella natura. lo spazio interno pure molto confortevole, molto pulito e ben fornito. siamo stati anche fortunati con tre giornate di clima perfetto. siamo stati circondati dai delicati rumori della campagna per non parlare dei profumi e del paesaggio splendido. la città di sperlonga è vicinissima, facile fare una passeggiata, o starci l'intera giornata se si vuole. una pace rigenerante. i bambini hanno potuto giocare con alcuni giochi messi a disposizione dai proprietari e hanno sperimentato la vita all'aperto. l'unico problema, se si hanno bimbi molto piccoli, è che bisogna inseguirli lungo i muretti che possono essere pericolosi (il terreno intorno alla proprietà è molto grande). da rifare, siamo stati benissimo

SE LE NOSTRE ASPETTATIVE PER QUESTA VACANZA ERANO DI TROVARE UN PO' DI RELAX SIAMO STATI ANCOR PIù CHE SODDISFATTI!!! La casa si trova in un panorama incantevole, circondata nel verde e in una posizione dove la sera dovevi indossare il golf (avete presente il caldo di quest'anno). Poi sorseggiare una birra sulla panchina a ridosso della vigna, guardando Ponza e Ventotene, mentre i tuoi bambini giocano indisturbati con casetta, dondolo e scivolo a due passi da te non ha prezzo. Tutto condito dalla gentilezza della proprietaria che ci ha permesso di usufruire del suo orto biologico da cui abbiamo attinto pomodori, insalate, zucchine, melanzane, basilico per pesto...che dire...se ci mettiamo che siamo solo a 8 km dal mare di Sperlonga (unico neo...le troppe curve!). Torneremo sicuramente!!!!

siamo arrivati ad Itri con la voglia di tanto relax...insomma di staccare un po' la spina. Ebbene non solo le nostre aspettative sono state soddisfatte del tutto, ma abbiamo avuto decisamente di più! La sera nel fantastico panorama che godi seduto su una panchina a ridosso della vigna puoi ammirare addirittura le isole di Ponza e Ventotene. La casa ha un comodissimo patio con una tavolata con tanto di barbeque per le tue braciate. Per i bimbi sono superattrezzati con scivolo, casetta, brucolabirinto e dondolo!!!Per non parlare dell'orto biologico da cui la proprietaria ci ha lasciato attingere e grazie al quale abbiamo mangiato le insalate di pomodori migliori del mondo!!!Inoltre eravamo a soli 8 km dal mare (certo un po' di curve ma vaevano tutte la pena perchè al ritorno dalla spiaggia trovavi una frescura ed un venticello lontanissimi dall'afa di Sperlonga...e la sera ci voleva il golfino!). Insomma,..torneremo sicuramente!CONSIGLIATISSIMO

Se avete voglia di una vacanza fuori (molto fuori) dai soliti schemi tipo riviera Romagnola, al mare ma non al mare,in montagna ma non in montagna,senz'altro in mezzo alla natura e allora vi consigliamo L'uva e le Stelle.E le olive direte voi? niente paura si sono anche quelle, anzi ci siete proprio in mezzo.In quanto alla casa e all'accoglienza poi, be' visto le foto in internet? la realtà è molto molto meglio.Che vi dobbiamo dire ancora: provare per credere. UVA...STELLE...PACE...ARMONIA

Siamo arrivate da Reggio Emilia (siamo 4 amiche) per fare una settimana di mare ed, arrivate in questa villa, il cui sol difetto se così si può dire è che si trova a 8km dal mare, l'esigenza della spiaggia è passata in un attimo in secondo piano... un Paradiso... silenziosissimo... Letizia ad accoglierci gentilissima, casa pulita, in ordine, funzionale e già dotata di beni di prima necessità (in molti anni a noi non era mai capitato di trovare olio caffe sale etc) Il mare ci ha piacevolmente stupito, gente gentilissima, buono il cibo a prezzi che a Reggio Emilia sono pura utopia!

L’uva, le stelle… e la tranquillità!

Siamo stati in vacanza le prime due settimane di giugno e ci siamo trovati benissimo mia moglie, mio figlio di 2 anni ed io in questa bella casa situata a 2 passi da Sperlonga in una posizione magnifica (sulla strada panoramica Sperlonga – Itri) con un giardino curatissimo a disposizione degli ospiti da dove si gode una vista mozzafiato: tra i monti, infatti, si scorgono il mare e le isole posizionate proprio di fronte. Altri pregi della struttura sono il silenzio, la tranquillità e l’aria fresca che si respira. La sera, quando a Sperlonga faceva caldo, a casa invece si godeva di un bel fresco e di un silenzio irreale: ci sedevamo sulle sdraio sotto il gazebo a guardare le lucciole e le stelle. Wow! La padrona di casa è stata di una gentilezza disarmante mettendo a nostra disposizione il barbeque, alcuni giochi da giardino per mio figlio e facendoci trovare dei prodotti di benvenuto come il vino, l’olio e il mandarinetto fatti da lei! L’intermediaria dell’agenzia che ha curato le trattative si è dimostrata molto disponibile e professionale fornendoci tutte le informazioni necessarie per il nostro soggiorno e accontentando le nostre richieste. E’ stata una vacanza piacevole e rilassante quindi torneremo sicuramente.

Traumhafter Urlaub zwischen Bergen und Meer

Wir haben nach einem Romaufenthalt ein paar Tage im April im Ferienhaus in Sperlonga verbracht und diese Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig, man hat einen wirklich atemberaubenden Blick über das Meer und die vorgelagerten Inseln. Es gibt mehrere Terrassen, z.T. überdacht inmitten einer sehr gepflegten großen Gartenanlage. Dort stehen Olivenbäume, Zitronenbäume, Kräuter etc. Die Fotos geben einen Eindruck, in Realität ist es noch viel schöner. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist für italienische Verhältnisse (so unsere bisherige Urlaubserfahrung) sehr vollständig. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war es abends manchmal empfindlich kalt. Die Heizung funktionierte prima, so dass man sich auch innen sehr wohl fühlen konnte. Es gibt deutsche Fernsehprogramme. Nach Sperlonga sind es 10 Min. mit dem Auto. Dort gibt es einen schönen Strand und der Ort wird in vielen Reiseführern nicht umsonst als einer der schönsten Küstenorte Südlatiums angepriesen. Zum Einkaufen eignet sich gut Terracina oder Formia. Wir sind viel gewandert und können diese Region dafür sehr empfehlen. Ein Ausblick von dem Monte Circeo ist beeindruckend, in dessen Norden gibt es einen 15 km langen schönen Sandstrand. In der Altstadt von Terracina findet man weitere Zeugnisse 2000 Jahre alter Vergangenheit. Das Haus ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert, auch außerhalb der Hauptsaison. Wir wurden auch sehr herzlich durch die Eigentümerin empfangen und die Betreuung durch die Kontaktperson Letizia, die direkt gegenüber wohnt und Englisch spricht, war gut.
