Between greenery and the sea, Casa Ancoretta is located in the exclusive Punta Cetarola hillside residence, 7 km from Sperlonga, with private parking space. A semi-detached villa, the house is on one floor, has independent access, a private outdoor area of about 25 square metres with a charming view of the hillside vegetation and the sea. The accommodation is air-conditioned and can accommodate up to 4 persons; it consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, satellite TV, a small dining table, a kitchenette equipped with a hob with 2 induction hobs, a microwave oven, a small oven and a small refrigerator. The double bedroom has a high window and the possibility of adding a single bed. The bathroom in the corridor is complete with shower.
