The townhouse was super clean and looked brand new. It is in a row of three duplexes that are alike. It is in an older neighborhood close to downtown that looks like it is in the rebuilding process. We were a family of 5 in town for softball at Tyger River park - the fields were about 20 mins away. The only thing I would note is we were a party of 5 and only received 4 bath towels. It wasn't a big deal we just rolled with it.
