Breakfast was limited to continental style, but coffee was hot and good to my tastes :-) The steep entry off busy street with heavy traffic was less than desirable, and i found that going out the back entrance was preferable. The two room keys failed midway during my stay and I had to go to front desk to fix it. Then the day I checked out I had to come back to room to get the rest of my stuff & room keys failed. Went to front desk and no one there. Waited 15 minutes then begged housekeeping to open my room so I could get my stuff and leave.

The man at the reception has no customer service training whatsoever, he was rude and indifferent. We were given room 415 which has the window exterior pane broken and it was so noisy all night long.

When we arrived into the hotel, we saw paint chipping on the walls of the lobby and the second elevator did not work. Once we got into the room, it had a musty smell and there were yellow stains on the sheets and the floor felt dirty. The bathroom shower had mold around it and the water pressure was terrible. The only thing we liked was the complimentary breakfast they provided. It was very delicious.

Excellent service

I called ahead to let them know it would be a late check in upon arriving everyone was very friendly and accommodating. In the morning breakfast was great they had waffles, fruit, cereal, coffee, all fresh and hot. We would stay there again.
