Welcome to our North Fork cottage. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Southold, our home is minutes from the tranquil beaches, farms, beautiful vineyards for which the North Fork is best known. You will feel comfortable and relaxed in our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a full ensuite bath in the primary bedroom. Enjoy cozy nights in by the fire, or evenings outside around the fire pit. A nice bottle of local sparkling white wine is provided at check in! RENTAL PERMIT 0512 - 14 days minimum stay

Great location, great place!

My wife and I had a wonderful weekend at this cottage. Has everything you need from top appliances to comfy beds and an amazing yard. It is in a great location and very easy to get to everything Southold. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to enjoy a nice weekend in LI wine country!
