Spacious but showing it's age.
Communication after booking with Vrbo was awful. Heard nothing from Vrbo when I called they told me that the property manager did not use the Vrbo system for communicating with the customer. Spoke with letting agent but access documentation didn't arrive till the day before we were due to start our journey so no time for pre-planning. The property was spacious. When we arrived all heating was turned off and there was nothing explaining how to get it working. We discovered that the boiler was turned off and needed to be restarted before the heating started to work. Some of the walls had holes in them that had been patched but not repainted to match the property.
The second bathroom had a large mold patch down between the shower and the toilet and the light over the shower/bath was faulty and flickered constantly. The security chain on the front door was broken and there seemed to be a package waiting to be collected. I tried to Whatsapp the property manager to ask if they needed this, but go no reply. The kettle was in such a disgusting state that we bought a new one. It seems to be a hard water area, so we resorted to buying bottles of water for filling the kettle. I found the beds to be very uncomfortable, but others in my family seemed to think that they were OK.
The ensuite shower in the main bedroom would not suite someone of a larger size as it's basically a narrow box. No clothes hooks in this bathroom.
