This spacious, modern townhouse offers stunning views of Trial Bay and a comfortable stay for up to six guests. With three bedrooms, a renovated kitchen and bathroom, and an array of conveniences, including a dishwasher, microwave, two TVs, DVD player, washing machine, and clothes dryer, it has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. A lock-up garage and gas BBQ add to the ease of your stay, while the covered outdoor area and enclosed yard provide the perfect space to unwind.

Just a short walk to the town centre, beaches, and Country Club, this townhouse is ideally positioned for both relaxation and adventure.

Please Note: 'Seaview Townhouse 2' requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released.

Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting so you will need to bring your own-sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths. You will also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dish washing liquid etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive the contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.

Lovely views

Nice quiet location but still close to the beach. Lovely views from the balconies. Decor and furnishings a little dated with some refreshment of the kitchen and main bathroom.

Nice place, management issues that need to be rectified

I'll get the issues out of the way first. If you turn up at night, this particular unit No.2 is very hard to find owing: the listed street address is incorrect, entrance is from Elizabeth Street not Seaview street. Also, unit 2 is behind unit 1 up a tight driveway, easily mistaken for a parking space in the night. Worse is the fact that the keys to unit 2 also opens unit 1, we made the mistake of trying the wrong unit (no. 1) with our key and it opened the door. No after hours contact number, getting into the unit was a real mess. Despite this, once we were in, it was ok. Nice views (though the balcony rails are very low), new dishwasher which worked very well, plenty of DVDs to watch, close to town, a tight driveway but garage at the top and place for another car to keep off street. I hope the property manager has now fixed the key issue and provides much better instructions for those arriving at night.
