Old, dirty and needs to be renovated. The water from both the sink and shower was brown. I had to let the water run for 10 minutes before it cleared. Front office staff said every room had that issue and to just let the water run.

I've stayed here before I never had a problem but on this trip, we were without power about eight hours and no discount given I wasn't notified that there was no hot water, I should of been told at check in and I wouldn't of stayed there because I bought two of my granddaughters and water was cold

We came for a wedding, arrived on a Thursday and left on a Sunday, no hot water the entire stay and our toliet leaked. No one came to fix the toliet other then when it got clogged. We were told by serveral staff someone would come to fix it. We booked the jacuzzi suite and couldnt even use it due to no hot water. Asking for extra towels or linen was put of the question as they could not due laundry with no hot water. Trying to talk to a manager has been difficult. Front staff was friendly but offered no real help.
Outside of fridge was sticky and rusted
Same with inside. (Container was mine)

The pool was getting fixed for whatever reason. But the drawers in the room were falling apart. The air conditioner was leaking water. There was a puddle of water all the way to the living area.The handles in the room were rusty.

Sheets had stains, laundry was out of service, 1 towel was given but said if we used it we would be charge "cleaning fee".. 1 burner worked, hair/filth on boxspring, floors, employees were rude and breakfast/drinks were limited and you could not fill up a regular size cup. Extra Fees/Taxes were added to bill. If i could give a negative number I would!!!

The room I asked for was a king size I ended up getting a double bed cause he didn’t have my room they gave it away to somebody else and then the room smelled like mold. The beds were hard Horrible experience never again charge me for more.

Hotel needs updated

Clean, but building and furnishings needed to be fixed. Lights rusted, bathrooms need to be redone.. toilets loose and leaking, shower sealer need replacing. Electrical outlets need replacing or covered. This is a main tourist area. Hotel needs fixed up to keep in competition with others.
