The Space: Enjoy an exclusive beachfront vacation from our spacious condo with an ocean view and a pool-view balcony! ideal for a family vacation with resort amenities. You’ll be on the sixth floor of Solare Tower with everything you’d need for a relaxing and exciting vacation.
As you enter, you’ll be greeted by a stylish and inviting open-plan layout. You’ll have a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare a meal at home, from stainless steel appliances to extras like a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and dishwasher! The dining room features a plush dining table that comfortably seats 8 for meals together, and there are three plush bar stools at the breakfast bar for extra seating, a quick snack or coffee.
Enjoy downtime moments after a fun day at the beach and pool in the living room, which has plenty of comfortable sofa seating facing the large flatscreen Smart TV with cable—great for movie nights! The living room has direct access through wall-to-wall glass doors to the private balcony with sofa-lounge seating overlooking the pool!
When it’s time to rest for the night, there are three bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms and TVs! Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed and direct access to the balcony. Bedroom 2 has two queen beds and access to its own balcony with seating, and Bedroom 3 has two single/twin beds. You can comfortably sleep 8 in the condo!
Additional highlights include WiFi for streaming TV services or working on your laptop, a washer and dryer and ironing equipment, linens, towels, beach towels, shampoo, hairdryers, and 2 car parking spaces onsite.

- The property is on the 6th floor There is an elevator, but in the unlikely event the fire alarms sound, you’ll be required to walk down the stairs. - Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book, and someone 21 years of age or older must be present during the entire stay. - Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. - Guests will be required to provide a valid I.D. (with photo and signature) and to sign the registration form upon arrival and check-in. - All guests will be provided wristbands that they must wear for the duration of the stay. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed, and no guests who are not already listed on the reservation are permitted. - The rental includes electricity (internet, air conditioning, etc.), use of the common area swimming pool, and two parking permits. An additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on-site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed on the property for an extra fee, but no RVs or motor homes will be allowed. - BBQ grills are available in the designated “Palenque” area and are perfect for an outdoor meal with family or friends. The two-burner grill is $40, and the four-burner grill is $50. - No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. PLEASE DO NOT TAMPER WITH THE SMOKE ALARM. There is an $800 charge for tampering with it. - No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. - There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. - Pets are not allowed at this property. - Our properties are family-oriented, and good behavior is expected from our guests. This includes respect for the Resort/HOA rules and the pool and common area rules and hours. Failure to comply with these policies is grounds for eviction from the property and a fine.
Interaction with Guests: Once at the complex's entrance, give your name to Security. They will provide you with the keys, wristbands and parking passes. You’ll be required to wear your wristbands during the entire stay.

The place was very nice just some minor hiccups. The two guest bathrooms were missing toilet paper and three ice maker did not work. Other than that, the location and amenities were perfect and the place is very nice.

Perfect Family Beach Getaway
We had a fantastic stay here! The unit is spacious and well appointed. There were six of us (4 adults and 2 kids) and everyone had plenty of room. The property is clean and well kept and easy for guests to access while still being secure. Starting and ending our days on the balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean was my favorite thing about our trip! We also loved being so close to the pool. The host was SO helpful and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again!

Good Experience
Due to flight schedules, we arrived at the security area 30 minutes before check in and no-one had any idea we would be arriving that day. After some texts, emails, and phones calls, we were able to gain access through security.The building needs some updating and we were surprised by the 7ft ceilings in the hallways and some areas of the condos. The smell in the building lobby and hallways is nauseating with their scent diffusers, so if you are sensitive to smells, this may not be your place. The grounds were well kept, but there was construction of a new building within the complex. They kept the construction noise to appropriate hours, which was a huge plus.Overall the condo is nice, but could use some maintenance. We found multiple broken items including 2 toilet seats upon our arrival and mold within the washer. The host had maintenance and housekeeping come to the room within a short period of time. We advised maintenance they could wait until we left if they wanted since there were only 2 of us staying in the condo. Housekeeping was unable to clean the mold from the washer. We did get locked out of the condo once when the deadbolt was locked by maintenance who went to the condo while we were gone. We didn't have a code to operate the deadbolt, but the front desk was able to help us out after about 20 minutes. Security was friendly and helpful. It was nice being in a gated area being in a new place. The beaches were wonderful with easy access.
