Enjoy easy access to the area's top ski resorts, including Heavenly (5 miles), Sierra-at-Tahoe (14 miles), and Kirkwood (32 miles).The cobalt-blue waters of Lake Tahoe are a short drive from your rental. For a fun-filled day by the shore, travel 5 miles to Regan Beach. A central locale keeps you close to hiking and mountain biking. Discover dining and entertainment in Stateline, also a 5-mile trip from your vacation rental.
Relax at home on the large back deck or by the glowing fireplace inside. Other highlights of your two-story home include rustic-chic decor and comfy furnishings.
LIVING AREA
Snuggle up on two sofas or an armchair with a book in the main living area. A second living area is furnished with a sofa and a love seat. Watch movies on the 38-inch TV or set up a board game from the provided collection.
KITCHEN & DINING
Home chefs will appreciate the modern kitchen, appointed with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar for two or at the table for four. At mealtime, gather at the dining table with seating for seven, or borrow chairs from the breakfast nook to seat up to 10.
BED & BATH
The spacious primary bedroom boasts a California king bed. The en-suite bathroom features a double vanity, a deep bathtub, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom holds a full-size bed and a twin bed. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower. Two twin-over-twin bunk beds provide plenty of comfy sleeping space in the third bedroom. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. You'll find a walk-in shower in the third bathroom.
OUTDOOR AREA
The back deck features a gas grill and an extra-large picnic table.
THINGS TO KNOW
Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.
This property is not equipped with air-conditioning.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
