This property was FALSELY advertised, we had to deal with, and fix a BROKEN WINDOW, that should have been taken care of before we arrived. The ADVERTISED pool, was closed, There were no washer and dryer in the unit as advertised. When I confronted the Property Management team which is GRAND WELCOME, they told me to use the coin operated machines in the main lobby. Being a SENIOR citizen, that is the last thing I wanted to do on my vacation, is sit for a couple of hours in a building doing laundry, instead of the convenience of the condo I had rented stating there was a washer and dryer. I could tell you so much more about the terrible experience we had. There just is not enough room.

My family and I had a great stay over the weekend! It was a last minute vacation and they accommodated us last minute! The home was well put together and perfect for a family of 7! Some workers accidentally broke the window and we immediately called them and the communication was great! They came and temporary fix so we can continue our stay! Great home, Great Communication and the property was beautiful!
