IMPORTANT TO NOTE: * The hot tub is not allowed the be used between 10pm and 8am, per the local ordinance. * No more than 10 guests plus additional children under 5 years old and younger are allowed in the home, at any time. * Per the local El Dorado County ordinance, noise must be kept respectful at all times, especially between the 10pm and 8am quiet period. * 5 cars max - no exception. 3 in garage, 2 in driveway (consider parking one at Casino if needed) * Leaving garbage outside, not in the bear box is a violation of the short term rental ordinance, and can lead to fines. Trash should be in bear box with lid on, or in the garage if no room in bear box. * Surveillance: Front door (outside) has a surveillance camera for security. NoiseAware sensor exists inside home and outside patio to monitor decibel noise levels (nothing discernible). We expect all guests to be respectful, mature, and responsible. There is a zero tolerance policy abusive and negligent guests, loud groups, etc. If you want to squeeze 25 people into a house and party hard, this is not it. This is a tasteful, and well appointed home - please treat it as your own. This said, we are open to mature individuals who want to party but know how to treat other people and their things with respect. NO LOUD or LATE PARTIES.
