Little Brook Cottage # 1 Little Brook Cottage # 2 Little Brook cottages are the breath of fresh air you need, a tranquil setting, close to all the Highlands national park hiking trails & those out of the park. The space Cottage The cottage has 2 bedrooms, sleeps maximum 4 people, a deck and an adjoining screened in gazebo for you to enjoy the view,on site laundry available (See owner), Bed linens\blankets and towels are supplied and just a few steps from the South harbour where you can canoe. And to cool of on those hot summer days we have rivers nearby for cliff jumping and a hidden gem of a waterfall for you to slide down, or the beautiful South Harbour beach, you can see from the cottage deck. The property is a couple minutes from the Cabot Trail, located on the scenic drive, south harbour beach is a few minutes away, or just relax on the deck watching the bald eagles soar above. Or go on a hike and pick a basket of fresh blueberries. If you are a budding artist then you will have to try Arts North takes you to our local beaches and teaches painting. Launch your canoe from the property into South Harbour and spend hours enjoying nature and the scenery.
Want to try archery then you'll have to go to "Highland Bow and Arrow" For those of you who enjoy the night sky, on a clear night which we have many, you will watch in awe the gazillions of stars that are so crystal clear you can just about touch them. From here you can go whale watching in Bay St Lawrence, 30 minutes drive, or to Meat cove 40 minutes to see the grandeur of the shoreline beauty. We have so many trails just one summer will not be enough time to explore them all, you'll have to book a return visit. The Perfect Home Base To Enjoy The Celtic Colours, it is a kaleidoscope of colours, it will keep you in awe. Several nearby towns, of Neils harbour, Ingonish and Cape North or a little further to Cheticamp, these towns have a variety of dining options for you to sample, or if you want lobster why not go into Dingwall (12 minutes away) and wait for the fishing boats to come in with their fresh catch and have a lobster feast at the cabin on the fire pit. Stay near Aspy Bay
Very nice cabin with incredible view. Host was very attentive and answered questions we had about area. Bedrooms a little small which I expected in cabin but lots of space for my wife and I. Having 4 people would be a little crowded.

This little cottage had everything we needed, all the essentials and more. From bedding to kitchen tools, bathroom essentials, and more importantly great and kind hosts, Miles & Jackie. The location is breathtaking. Can’t put it in words, you must visit:)
