Our lovely 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom modern cabin reflects the Colorado lifestyle. Our home features an open floor plan, gorgeous granite countertops, cathedral ceilings, an iconic rock fireplace in the main living space, and a mountain-modern design aesthetic. Our cabin will not disappoint as there's plenty of room for preparing meals, a cute dining space that welcomes you from the kitchen and, after dinner, relax in the cozy living room, and a wrap-around deck with a Traeggar grill.

The cabin is located in the heart of the Rio Grande Valley, just minutes from the Rio Grande River. Our cabin offers unmatched access to gold water fishing of the Rio Grande River and is centrally located in equidistance from Creede to South Fork. Our home provides ideal access to one-of-a-kind dining experiences, iconic mountain landscapes, and endless outdoor adventures, making it the perfect all-season getaway! Located just 20 minutes to Creede's historic main street with its world-renowned repertory theater, shops, galleries, and dining, 10 minutes to South Fork, home to the Rio Grande Club and Resort, ranked as one of Colorado's top golf courses, and 30 minutes to Wolf Creek Ski Area. Guests will also enjoy the recent addition of a ping pong table to the garage.

This cabin sleeps five comfortably, with the main floor queen bed and a loft with a queen and futon.

Our cabin is dog-friendly. The pet fee is $40/day, for a maximum of $250 per stay. Pets are only allowed on the home's first level and not in the loft.

Consistent with most Colorado mountain homes, the home does not offer air-conditioning.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Book 7+ nights and a 10% discount is automatically applied (does not apply during the 4th of July or the Christmas/New Year's holiday).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, you will need to pay in full at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
