Nueva cabaña a poca distancia de ND y Eddy Street Commons

A 15 minutos a pie desde la puerta de entrada al estadio de Notre Dame. Aún más cerca de Eddy Street Commons para comer y comprar. Mucho espacio de estacionamiento (¡no hay que pagar por el estacionamiento del evento!) Un parque con parque infantil justo al otro lado de la calle. Construido específicamente para alquileres. ¡Intentamos incluir todo lo que nos gusta cuando alquilamos un hogar lejos del hogar! La sala de estar del primer piso presenta un plano de planta lleno de luz que incluye la sala de estar y el comedor con una mesa con capacidad para 10, cocina totalmente equipada, lavadero, lavadora y secadora, un baño con ducha, junto con dormitorio de la reina En el segundo piso encontrará 3 habitaciones, 2 con camas queen y una con cama doble. Love this place!

We absolutely loved this home!!!! It’s so charming yet contemporary. It’s so well maintained I assumed we were one of her first guests. We were provided with all the amenities needed and so much more. We can’t wait to return !

Perfect spot for family

This house is lovely, so close to Notre Dame and perfect for a larger family! We spent a long weekend visiting our students at Notre Dame for Easter weekend and everything about this house was great. The patio and side yard were perfect for corn hole and wiffle ball and the front porch is a bonus! The house is spotless with comfortable beds and bedding. This is definitely walkable if you are looking for a ND football weekend.

Spacious and comfortable

This house was perfect for a family Thanksgiving gathering spot. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen graciously accommodated many folks gathered around and chatting, and the dining room easily held 10. (Four of us stayed and other relatives to join for meals and hanging out.) We hope to stay here again!

This lovely home is comfortable,, bright and well appointed. Our family of 7 adults stayed for a week while visiting relatives. We gathered on the front porch every morning and evening to enjoy the fresh air and view of the park across the street. The boulevard was very quiet and near grocery stores, Target and Walgreens. The electronic exterior door locks are tricky; tap the numbers lightly! We would gladly return if the opportunity arises.

Notre Dame Gem

Our family stayed at this property when we moved our son to Notre Dame to begin his freshman year. The home is beautiful and is easily walkable to Trader Joes, Eddy Street Commons and campus. Loved the layout, style and decor of the home. Perfect for our family of 5. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Hope to stay here again!

Ohio State fans in ND territory

Fabulous property! Nanette was a pleasure to work with. We booked her house a year in advance and proceeded to answer all my questions all year long. I cannot say enough about how perfect the property is for a group and how close it was to ND stadium. Being able to walk there was HUGE! Thank you again!

Great House Just One Little Problem....

This is a fabulous house! Great kitchen, dining for 10, great location and easily accommodates 8. Just one little problem...the house had an "odor". Some said it was like sewer problems, some said Men's Locker Room. It was consistently faint, but always there. Property Manager checked for gas leaks and brought over air freshener plug-ins. Service was much appreciated.

Lovely weekend

Wonderful game weekend in South Bend. The house was perfect for 4 couples. Beautifully decorated, comfortable and plenty of room for a Friday night chili party with the kids. We hope to be back in the spring.

Amazing Stay!

Place was better than the pictures. Kitchen stocked with everything to cook/bake with! Bedrooms large and place was impeccably clean. Very spacious kitchen w patio and grill right off it for ease of use. Kitchen island was very large and welcomed as we are a hang out in the kitchen family. Had a bit of difficulty with the alarm box key when we got there - the host emailed me immediately remedying the situation - was not an issue at all which at first we were concerned if she would get back to us. Will for sure stay there again on our next trip to ND! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
