Located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood that is a 5-minute Uber ride or 1.5 mile walk to Notre Dame campus. We are just over a mile walk to the Eddy Street Commons restaurant and dining row. This home is great for families or groups traveling to South Bend for game weekends, graduations, weddings, and other local events. Relax on the back patio, play some corn hole or enjoy a BBQ on the gas grill. We want to provide the best possible hosting experience to make your stay memorable.

THE SPACE
4 Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms. Comfortably accommodates up to 10 people! Hi-speed wireless Internet, two 50” smart TVs with Netflix and YouTube TV for all your streaming and TV sports needs.

*Main Level Bedroom #1: New Queen bed, 2 bedside lamps with USB ports for charging devices, spacious closet, dresser.
*Main Level Bedroom #2: New Full bed, 2 bedside lamps with USB ports for charging devices, spacious closet, dresser.
*Main Level Bathroom #1: Newly renovated, bathtub shower, ample towels and bath supplies such as shampoo, soap, etc.
*Second Floor Bedroom #3 (not pictured) – 2 new Queen beds, center and side lamps with built in USB for easy device charging, large dresser
*Second Floor Bathroom #2: Newly renovated, stand up shower stall, ample towels and bath supplies such as shampoo, soap, etc.
*Lower Level Bedroom #4 (not pictured) - New Queen bed, 2 bedside lamps with USB ports for charging devices, spacious closet, dresser.
-THE LIVING SPACES-
The main floor includes an eat-in kitchen with a new refrigerator, range and microwave; the kitchen is stocked with cookware, a toaster, coffee machine, and plate service and flatware for up to 12 (There is currently no dishwasher). Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room with expandable table that can accommodate a large gathering for meals. The dining room also includes a large screen TV so you can enjoy watching a game or movie while you eat!
The lower level includes a recreational area with a large sectional sofa and a 50” TV. The lower level also includes a utility room where the washer and dryer are located. (Detergent, spot remover, and iron / board provided) [The lower level is not pictured as it is currently being renovated, but it will be completed by late-August]

-BACKYARD-
Behind the house is a patio that includes an outdoor table and chairs for those who want to take in some sun and fresh air. An outdoor grill with propane tank and grill tools are provided. There is a grassy yard for corn hole or other lawn activities. The driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars.

Neat and Clean and Great Location

This VRBO was one of the cleanest we've ever visited. Towels and linens are amply provided in addition to well stocked kitchen cupboards. We were two adults visiting the area and not there for a football weekend. This property would be well-suited for a larger group desiring a place for entertainment. There are two bedrooms on the main floor (along with a full shared bath), one bedroom downstairs (no bath), and one bedroom upstairs with two beds and 3/4 bath. The neighborhood is lovely, safe and quiet, with upscale homes. For reasonably fit people, the rental is located within a decent walking distance of the stadium, certainly a better option than trying to find parking. The sitting area is downstairs. The main floor also houses the kitchen and a very large dining room area. The main floor does not have any sitting area. Tip for future renters: The upstairs may be challenging for someone with any mobility issues. The stairs could be difficult to navigate. Also, the shower upstairs is geared toward smaller, leaner individuals.

Christmas stay

House was clean, had a small Christmas tree in home to welcome us. Downstairs was nice and roomy for 7 to sit and watch tv. Host accommodating to our early arrival. Enjoyed the home and stay. Thank you.
