This private detached guest house has all you need. It boasts all new furnishings in 1 inviting bedroom with a queen bed, 1 twin roll aways plus two could sleep on the the sleeper sofa, fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, dining space has seating for 4, comfy living room with large hd tv, washer/dryer and a small outdoor space. Home sits above a detached garage with completely separate entrance. High speed internet. Brand new construction to be complete in July 2025. Less than a half mile to ND, Eddy street or the Linebacker. You'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. Completed photos coming soon but book now to stay in this brand new build for the 2025 Notre Dame football season, visits to the area or vacations in South Bend. Message me with any questions.
