Capacity: Up to 8 people in a peaceful, green setting.
House layout: An entrance hall opens onto a large, bright living space, including a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a comfortable living room, and a master suite with a private bathroom and separate toilet.
On the lower level: two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with a laundry room, and a toilet.
Accessible from the outside: a separate studio consisting of a bedroom with its own private bathroom. Outdoors designed for relaxation: Terraces furnished with garden furniture, a private pool with benches for lounging in the sun, a bowling alley, and a ping-pong table.
Close to the beaches, Soulac town center, the Médoc vineyards, and water sports, this villa is ideal for a vacation with family or friends, or for a nature and ocean getaway.
