Great for short and long term stays. Private, gated development with plenty of parking and 24/7 security. Back up generator, air conditioning, strong reliable wifi connection, California closets and modern appliances. Laundry on premises. Hosts and staff live onsite. Quiet, safe location with great views and uncrowded beach.
Condominium unit is fully equipped with kitchenware including cookware. Toaster, coffee pot, flat screen TV with cable, high speed wifi, safe box. Air conditioner is modern inverter unit. Wall tiles/wainscoting are reclaimed fossilized coral reef from a local quarry.
Professional management company and staff onsite 24/7. Maid service is available once per week at no extra charge but can be arranged as often as you would like.
Plenty of free parking available onsite as soon as you pull through the front gate. The main road, RT 5, is right past the front gate. Taxis and mini-buses drive by every minute or so.
Cabarete is a vibrant, wonderful beach town with great local population as well as a large expat community. It is often called the water sports capital of the Caribbean. The beautiful El Choco y Las Cuevas National Park is a 9 minute drive away. The town center is even closer and has great shops, restaurants, art galleries, a museum and more. Supermarket is a short walk away. The quality of life here is great yet the cost of living is remarkably inexpensive. It is a nice place to visit and many one-time tourists have made Cabarete their permanent home.

Excellent stay
Beautiful location and view. We had a first floor unit but still had an ocean view. The pool was nice and next to the ocean. We could walk the beach nearly all the way into Cabarete. Daniel, our host was a fantastic communicator and responded within 30 minutes to any question. We would definitely stay here again.
