The pool is 50 m2. Parking for 3 cars.

On the second floor of the house there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom has a private bathroom. A second bathroom for the other bedrooms. The third bathroom is located on the ground floor. The first and third bedrooms have their own terraces. There is a shared, large terrace on the floor and access to an open large terrace at the top of the house.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with a smart TV, a seating area with upholstered sofas and armchairs, an equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a refrigerator, a gas stove.
The dining table and chairs can be placed on the terrace if it is not raining. Ask the administrator, he will arrange the rearrangement.
