Mediocre at best.

Unfriendly staff, unable to call front desk from room, poor air conditioning system, when you are not in the room with a key air is completely shut off and the room is so hot when you get in. It takes too long to cool down. The light in our hall was out and it was very dark in the hall. Where our room was. The pool was pretty but they closed it at 4pm! So when you come in from hot day, there is no ac and no pool use! Desk people always looked annoyed, not pleasant at all to speak with. We had dirty dishes outside of our room for days. We did have a nice view from the corner balcony and the breakfast was great. The men who served at breakfast were kind. The hotel was about a 15 minute walk to the main downtown area.

Lovely hotel

Lovely location, near some great restaurants particularly Cucina and La Locanda. Easily walking distance to Sorrento main square and the station. Very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. We paid extra for a view and it did not disappoint.

we liked the close proximity to the main station and to Piazza Tasso. Also the availability of few variety and grocery stores was an asset. The staff at the restaurant were helpful and always attentive to our requests . Breakfast was nice . The furniture was a bit dated but nothing upsetting . Pool towels were not the best and to change the towel you pay 3 euros , so you have to keep and wash it to reuse it or pay every time you change it . Generally the stay was nice and the area is safe and convenient .

Good Stay!

Overall really enjoyed our stay. Location is great as it is a short walk into the center but also felt nice to be removed slightly from the chaos. Room was spacious and staff were very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed spending multiple days by the pool. Only thing we did not enjoy was our room was right beside the elevator and stairs which we found the noise to impact our stay along with a decent amount of traffic noise being close to a busier road.

We found the staff very friendly particularly at breakfast. Out room was spotlessly clean on the ground floor. Had no problems getting a lounger at the small pool. Have been before and knew what to expect.

Great location and value for money. The pool was a great reprieve from heat and break from touring. Breakfast was excellent - lots of options - hot and cold, pastries, sweet tarts, frittata, eggs etc - very generous. Location is great - quick 5 minute walk to shops, main piazza and train station. Perfect base to day trip to pompei, amalfi coast, naples - Clean and tidy rooms and amenities. I would definitely stay again - travelled solo with 10 and 12 yo

The staff were incredibly friendly and were willing to help in any way. But the room was not up to the mark or expectation, not very clean and uncomfortable beds. All in all not worth your money or your time.
