Casa Maridea is located on Corso Italia, in a central but quiet position, within a private park. The apartment, renovated in July 2021 and tastefully furnished, offers a splendid sea view, a spacious panoramic terrace and access to a seasonal condominium swimming pool. Its location is strategic for visiting the Sorrento Peninsula, the Amalfi Coast and the island of Capri.



The Apartment



The accommodation is located on the second floor with a lift and consists of:



Spacious open-plan space with living area, double sofa bed and 50-inch smart TV.



Covered veranda equipped as a dining area with a table for 6 people.



Complete kitchen with 4-burner induction hob, oven, kettle, coffee machine with pods, moka pot, dishwasher, fridge with freezer.



Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, both equipped with toilet and bidet.



Two bedrooms:



a double room with a sea view balcony;



A twin room with two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed.



The two rooms are connected by a spacious terrace equipped with sofas and a splendid view of the sea, Mount Vesuvius and the typical Sorrento orange groves.

We stayed at the apartment for a week. It was pretty ideal. Has everything you need, well equipped kitchen, clothes washer, great tv’s. Was very quiet and private. We cooked meals and enjoyed the balcony every night. Easy access to the main square in sorrento and easy for pick up/drop off for other excursions. Hosts were great and helped with numerous arrangements for day trips, gave restaurant recommendations, etc. highly recommended for your visit to the Amalfi coast!

Sorrento Location and Amenities

We enjoyed our 10 day stay and found the location is close enough (10 min) but far enough (quiet) from the square. The host communicated very timely and the Concierges office was extremely helpful with transportation and excursions. We recommend this unit for a family of four.

Inside was lovely. We needed all the beds for our family of 5 so it worked out perfectly. Great porches with views of Vesuvius and the water. If you plan on cooking you will need to stock the pantry with spices. Oil etc. busy street but we enjoyed being somewhat away from the heart of tourist area. We did not mind walking to that area or Marina Grande. Host gave nice recommendations for restaurants and beach clubs.

Beautiful Apartment

The place is wonderful. It is bright and charming and has a beautiful view of the bay and mountains from the balcony. The property is close to everything in town, including a short walk to the train station. I highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful location with big apartment, could improve communication

We had a nice stay in this property. It was very big and spacious and all decorated very nicely. We arrived at the property before 6pm when the fees would occur, but then had to wait 10 - 15minutes until we were met by the property manager. One inside the property was very nice, but there was a leak in the bathroom. The location is fantastic and you can walk anywhere. The balcony is absolutely beautiful too. The biggest issue was we weren't informed works would be done while we were staying in the property. On an afternoon the property team thought we would all be out (but one of us stayed home), a man arrived without any notice. He entered without knocking and locked himself in the bathroom. The property managers confirmed he was a trusted plumber but we were a bit shaken up by this and don't think it was very professional, as we had left our items out and would have had no knowledge or somewhere being there. The property managers were very apologetic and did respond immediately when we contacted them alarmed so I will say the communication afterwards was great, but we didn't feel very comfortable after this.

Great Property with an amazing Host

Marco was a 10/10, He helped us find a doctor for my son, arranged for a private boat tour to Capri at a much lower rate than we could otherwise get and with very little notice found us a private car to rage us to the Napoli airport with a stop at Pompeii. He was always available and even helped us figure out the buses we needed. Property was very clean and walkable to most things.

The place is beautiful and centrally located. There is a pool if you need to relax at the beach end of the busy day. All necessities are provided. Marco is the best host you can wish for… he is available 24/7 with all the info you need. Highly recommend!!!

Absolute perfection!

This was the ideal place to stay for our Sorrento vacation. Marco was an exceptional host and the apartment had outstanding views of Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples. The apartment t is well appointed with fully stocked kitchen. Marco was amazing and communicated well with us to make sure any need was attended to. He arranged a cooking class with tour of a family agri-tourism’s that was spectacular. We toured the lemon farm and then a cheese making demonstration followed by a pizza making class. Highly recommend this to anyone. The apartment is an ideal location and easy walk to Tasso Square as well as the train station. Our kids loved going shopping at Piazza Italia store for reasonably priced fashion. The food is awesome and never had a bad meal. The best grilled octopus and calamari I’ve ever had. I definitely recommend this apartment and working with Marco. He makes your Italian dream vacation a reality. I give it a 10/10. And can’t wait to go back!

Super localizacao ! Piscina adoravel ! Sorrento e uma cidade divertida cheia de vida, fizemos varios passeios, como Ilha de Capri, Amalfi, Positano, Ravelo e todas as noites íamos a restaurantes muito bons na cidade. Ficamos 14 dias em Sorrento. Deu pra sentir bem a cidade e tudo o que ela oferece. Gostaria de voltar, para o mesmo apartamento, só pediria novos colchões !
