I very much appreciate all the staff for their service. The front desk team was very nice and they took great care of me. They even watched over me when I went to the pharmacy down the street in the middle of the night. I felt well taken care of. I highly recommend staying with them.

Best Tatuí Experience

I was very happy with my stay at Hotel del Fiol. The service was great. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Somebody does come to tidy up the room for you daily which is nice. This is the best place in Tatuí for a stay to visit. The Matriz restaurant is another thing to hype up, it is right inside the hotel too. The food is excellent, several high quality choices. The waitresses are all great, especially the one who helped us with our wine bottles. 😉 And they were very patient with us as we had to translate often. I would stay here again anytime and look forward to it!

O banheiro tinha muito mofo no teto. Reservamos um quarto triplo, com cama de casal e cama auxiliar, porém, juntaram duas camas de solteiro, que ficavam se afastando o tempo todo. O hotel tem muita condição de ser muito bom, porém peca em alguns detalhes que atrapalham a usabilidade geral. Nos pontos positivos, ele está localizado bem na parte central, o que ajuda muito na locomoção, estacionamento ao lado do hotel, hall super confortável, recepcionistas simpáticos e dispostos a auxiliar, internet com bom sinal e velocidade, café da manhã simples, porém muito saboroso, com tudo muito fresquinho. Na questão dos deslizes, no prédio do fundo, no quarto que fiquei, assento do vaso sanitário não permanecia em pé, insetos saindo dos ralos, portas rangendo alto, corredores com manchas de infiltração.
