HOSSEGOR - Between lake and ocean, facing the supervised beach La Gravière, in a small residence of 11 apartments, apartment on the 1st floor overlooking the rear East exposure. Classified 1* in 2021.
Living room (4.77 x 3.46) with French window onto East-facing balcony, alcove (2.67 x 1.6) separated from the living room by curtain: 1 140 bed. Bedroom separated from the living room by sliding door (2.70 x 2.66) (1 140) with French window to balcony. Cabin (1.55 x 2.71): 2 90 bunk beds - Kitchen (3.17 x 2.87): 4-burner gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. WC. Shower room: walk-in shower and sink - Air parking in front of the residence.
Very good location near the "Gravière" supervised beach until mid-September. Suitable for family occupancy.
Household linen is not included in rentals. Out of season, provide heating package. Housing not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
