The rustic 275 m² house consists of a cosy living/dining room with a fireplace and high ceilings, a very well-equipped country kitchen, 5 bedrooms (2 of them with 2 single beds each), 4 bathrooms with a shower as well as one ensuite in the bedroom on the upper floor. The property can therefore accommodate 10 people. Amenities also include high-speed Wi-Fi (800 mbp/s) which makes the property ideal for remote working, a fireplace, TV, toys. There are also 5 ceiling fans available (one in each of the bedrooms), 1 fan in the kitchen and 1 in the living room. The highlight of this beachfront accommodation is the large outdoor area with a balcony, furnished terraces and a well-maintained pool area. Thanks to the Mediterranean garden with a large lawn, blooming flowers and lush bushes, you are guaranteed an absolute feel-good atmosphere.
