This house is situated 200 meters from the pretty fishing harbor of Cala Bona. Nearby there are two golf courses with 18 holes is 3 km Son Servera Golf and 6 km, Pula Golf
The nearest beach is in Cala Bona, 200 meters from the house, 2 km, the beach of Cala Millor and 6 km, the beach of Sa Coma.
The house has 4 double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a toilet, a spacious living room and a modern fully equipped kitchen. In addition, the furniture is brand new and quality.
House without obstacles for the disabled.
You can enjoy a swimming pool 8 x 4 meters and 1.50 meters deep, surrounded by 1. 500 meters of terraces and gardens.

Our 3rd visit, we love everything about this villa, lovely location only a short walk to Calal Bona. Maria is a wonderful host and the villa is always so clean on arrival. cannot praise this highly enough

Amazing find

What a little Gem . Villa amazing very clean and everything you need . Literally 7 minutes walk ( for short legs) to Cala Bona Harbour and all its restaurants and shops . No car needed everything on your doorstep . Only 1 minor is there is only 1 aircon unit in the hall to the bedrooms so have to leave doors open to get the coolness but as we were there in September not too hot anyway .will definitely return . Maria answered all our requests quickly and organised our transfer . Perfect holiday .

Week away with family and Grandparents

Fantastic, from start to finish. Maria was an extremely helpful host from before we booked to during our stay. It was a pleasure to meet her and Guilleme, Maria's husband. Maria even booked a transfer for us. Our group consisted of myself and my wife, our three year old and then the Grandparents. The pool and villa garden kept us entertained through the weekdays and the outdoor BBQ and seating areas helped us wind down in the evenings. Villa is adequately air conditioned and cool and the seating areas are shaded which certainly helped while we dealt with the European heat wave and 90 odd % humidity. Inside areas of the villa are spacious with a lounge and dining area connected and galley kitchen off the dining area. The villa is located less then five minutes to the centre of Cala Bona, where a beautiful harbour and plentiful restaurants await you, along with entertainment for children in the evenings. Evenings in Cala Bona had a lovely family friendly atmosphere too, it is worth noting. There are a couple of man made beaches in Cala Bona which were suffice, however Cala Millor has the best beach. A little supermarket which genuinely puts our UK supermarkets to shame with its choice of meats, breads and snacks is on the way from the villa to the centre of Cala Bona. A taxi to Aldi for a big shop was under eight euros while the little Supermercado topped us up through the week. In a nutshell, don't hesitate to book the villa. You will love it.

Perfect Holiday Villa

2nd stay at this lovely villa, it is so clean, tidy and well equiped. It is only a very short walk into Cala Bona harbour, a leisurely 5 to 10 minute stroll. Maria has been so helpful and kind, it will not be our last visit

Fabulous villa

What a fabulous villa! The location was perfect just a few minutes away from the town of Cala Bona and a small supermarket which stocked most items. We arranged a taxi to Aldi for a big shop which cost around 7 euros each way. The villa was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, even down to a needle and thread. The pool was amazing and the garden area was peaceful, if you can say that with a three year old. Maria was an excellent host, she was quick to reply to my questions, she arranged our transfers, and was there to greet us on arrival, we felt very welcomed. We will definitely return to this beautiful villa. Thank you Maria.

Difficult to find after dark

Taxi driver had difficulty finding the property at 23:00 even using the location information provided on your web site. Once in the property everything was better than we had anticipated. The owners had provided a lot of items we not had in previous rentals.

Fantastic villa in perfect location

We stayed here for 10 nights and it is fantastic. the villa is 5 minutes walk into town but feels like your in countryside so peaceful and quiet even though there is a road next to it. The villa has every thing you need for a great holiday and well looked after and very clean there is loads of out side space and plenty of setting and sun loungers and pool is big enough for the whole family plus you have the barbecue which we used a couple of times which was great. Maria the owner was lovely she welcomed us on the first day and showed us around and come to check the pool every 3 to 4 days she emailed us a couple time to make sure we was OK and enjoying our holiday which I thought was very nice all in all if you want to stay in cala bona then this is the place to stay fantastic villa great hosts and great location we will be back and highly recommend the place Thank you Maria

Great multi generational holiday

The villa was fabulous for the holiday that we wanted. Four generations holidaying together could have been tricky but it was a delight from start to finish. Maria and her husband were great hosts and arranged for a cot and a high chair for our granddaughter. Nothing was too much trouble. We hope we will be able to return in the future.

Home from home

Everything we needed was provided. Plenty of room for 6 of us. Lovely pool area, photos don’t do it justice. Short walk into Cala Bona, shops, restaurants and marina. Very relaxing stay. A torch is a good idea for walking to or from the shops etc in the dark but wasn’t a problem to us. Maria and her husband very helpful. We had plenty of parking inside the villa for two cars, entry by electronic gates, felt very secure and private.

Excellent Villa

Just returned from 2 weeks stay. Plenty big enough for the six adults in our party. Maria and her family were very welcoming and helpful. Villa was in excellent condition and had everything we could ever need. The garden was lovely very large and the pool was exceptionally clean. We spent a lot of our day time around the pool. Evenings around Cala Bona was only a short walk away just over 5 minutes to the harbour. A shop close by provided us with everything we needed. The Villa was very private and secure. We all enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa to anyone especially for family holidays like ours was. Will almost certainly use again in the future if available McDonald Family

Pretty perfect !

If you are looking for a rural retreat 5 mins WALK from town, this is it. Beautiful villa in well kept garden, clean , private and everything provided you could need. If there were any downsides to it I would say, but couldn’t find any. Thanks for letting us use it..

Fantastic villa

Great villa in a fantastic area - quiet location but only a few minutes (3-5m) to Colla Bona harbour with lots of bars and restaurants. Probably 15 minute walk to Calla Millor. Villa very secure - windows/doors and shutters (on every window/door) are all lockable. Felt very safe and lots of lighting in the garden - which is lovely by the way. Villa is very well equipped and loads of things in the kitchen. Maria left us some lovely fruit and coal for BBQ so was a wonderful host. Pool cleaned every 2-3 days so was always great to use.

Fantastic family holiday at S'Olivera

We stayed at the villa as a family of four with two young children (15 months and 3.5 years) and had other family members join us throughout our two week stay. The house was lovely and clean, it has everything you could need and set in a private garden with a lovely swimming pool which was just the right size with steps which were great for the little ones. East five minute walk to Cala Bona harbour and plenty of shops and supermarket – a great location. Maria and her family were very welcoming and on hand at all times should you need them. Would definitely recommend booking and would have returned ourselves next year if it wasn’t already booked up!
