The staff was amazing, the young lady at the check in could not have been anymore sweet! We had a small child with us and we were early and she allowed us to check in without any question. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, I do not sleep well but was able to get 8 hours in that bed! The breakfast, while somewhat limited, was very good and well stocked! We will defray again!!

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Building needs some TLC. The side door of the front exterior of the building did not latch or lock. Any one could push/pull it open without a key. A homeless lady was outside the front door huddled up to the trash can. Overall, this place did not meet my expectations, which weren’t unreasonable to begin with. It served the purpose of a shower and some sleep though.

Was not impressed with this hotel. Room was not only very dated (peeling paint on walls, carpet stained, etc...) but it did not appear very clean. I killed some kind of bug when we first got there. The water temperature for the shower was lukewarm at best although pressure was good. The TV channels that came up on the TV did not match the actual channels made it very hard to find certain stations and never did find any local channels so we could check on the weather. Breakfast was sad. Biscuits and gravy (gravy looked dried out and old), cereal, yogurt and some bread was the extent of breakfast. We picked this place because it was right off the highway but we will not be back.

Overall my stay at Quality Inn & Suites Somerset Downtown was satisfactory. I did notice the bathroom sink area was not completely clean when I arrived. I noticed a toothpaste smear on the top of the vanity to the right of the sink. This location could also use some updating to the bathroom. I noticed what looked like mold in the shower on the ceiling.

I wrote a review previously about my stay and I’m coming back to say the manager was a very nice women and talked positively with the matter of missing towels we talked and she is refunding me for the towels and was super understanding … I will be back it’s the best most affordable hotel in Somerset

When we first got there the room was so hard to open thankfully my husband is pretty strong , was told to keep the lock out to keep door open when we left the room also there were only 2 towels in the room which isn’t a big deal for us we were only there for 1 night so we shared towels when we checked out they charged my card 40 dfor 2 towels total in the room so they pretty much stole from us we will not be going back to that hotel and I’m making sure to tell all my family not to go there unless they take pictures of everything soon as they check in , missing and I told them there were only 2
