Villa IKIGAÏ is located in a particularly quiet residential environment.

The villa is therefore intended for a relaxing holiday with family or friends, but it is not suitable for festive stays.

• Parties and parties not allowed

• Respect for the neighborhood essential

If you are looking for a home to relax, enjoy the pool, the sun and discover our beautiful region, you will be at home here.

On the other hand, if the objective of your stay is to party or listen to music at a loud volume, we thank you for choosing a more suitable accommodation.

🧹 CLEANLINESS AND MAINTENANCE DURING THE STAY

Villa IKIGAÏ is delivered to you perfectly clean on your arrival.

End-of-stay cleaning does not exempt you from routine maintenance during your holiday. We simply ask you to keep the house in a normal state of cleanliness: sweep or vacuum when necessary, clean crumbs and food scraps and empty the bins regularly.

In summer, food scraps and crumbs left on the ground can very quickly attract ants and other insects.

Of course, we're not asking you to do a big clean during your holiday, just to take care of the house as you would at home.

Thank you for your understanding and respect for our home. 🌿

We prefer to be completely transparent before booking so that everyone can have a great holiday.

😊 To make your arrival easier, and without any obligation, we can prepare a few things for you.
🍣 The day before your arrival, choose your sushi, drinks or desserts on OkinawaSushi.fr.
🛒 We can also arrange some shopping if you arrive late.
We prepare everything the same day and place it in the fridge before your arrival.
☀️ All you have to do is put down your suitcases and enjoy your first evening!

Excellent house for a very relaxed stay!

We stayed at Sophies and Cyrils house for 8 nights in mid-April and enjoyed our stay very much! The house is very nicely decorated and the pool area excellent. Our children (4 and 7 years old) enjoyed the pool despite the rather cold weather :) Sophie and Cyril were extremely nice hosts and helped us out with advice on what to do. We would wholeheartedly recommend their sushi restaurant in Toulon - the sushi is excellent! For us the house was a perfect fit since we were travelling with my parents-in-law. They had a separate bedroom with an ensuite bathroom downstairs and we had our bedrooms upstairs. Since there are three bedrooms upstairs, the kids could each have their own room. We would warmly recommend this house for a very relaxed stay and really hope that we can go back there someday!
