PRIVAT SWIMMING POOL AND PANORAMIC VIEW

This is a detached property in a quiet, elevated setting which offers wonderful views of Syracuse and the coast. The villa offers a large swimming pool and garden along with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge/diner with kitchen. The villa is located near the town of Solarino, approximately 15km from the main city of Syracuse and the beach at Fontane Bianche. The airport at Catania is approximately an hour’s drive away. The villa is accessed via private gates which lead into a parking area located to the side of the property. Access to the villa is gained via the main door that leads directly into a lounge/diner. The room is furnished with a sofa, various chairs and a television corner. The dining area is furnished with a dining table and ample chairs. An open archway leads into the kitchen. Adjacent to the lounge a further door leads to a downstairs bathroom that has been fitted with a sink, bidet, shower and toilet. A staircase provides access to the first floor terrace and bedrooms. The landing on the first floor provides access to an outside terrace area as well as the bedrooms and bathroom. The outside terrace overlooks the garden and swimming pool, and has views of Syracuse and the coast 15km away. The four bedrooms offer two double rooms, one twin bedroom and one triple bedroom and all have fans. The upstairs bathroom has been fitted with a shower, bidet, toilet and sink.

Host was very friendly and accommodating. Villa was very basic. No mid stay clean on a two week booking. Beautiful views and a lovely pool. Quite noisy due to farming equipment and joy riding mopeds etc.

Brilliant week awat

We had a fantastic week at this property. Two families with baby and small children. We all loved the swimming pool. Property was spacious, enjoyed many a bbq. Andrea was super helpful with ideas of places to go out to eat etc. We will definitely come back!

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Andréa. La maison est spacieuse (nous étions 2 couples avec 5 enfants en tout) et offre une belle vue sur les environs. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'immense piscine.

Op een heuvel, grote villa met dito tuin en 14m lang zwembad. Andrea heeft ons vriendelijk ontvangen en direct geholpen toen door wegwerkzaamheden kort de stroom uitviel. Helaas geen airco.

Superbe semaine dans la villa d'Andrea : équipement cuisine pour famille nombreuse, chambre et literie confortables, très belle piscine très agréable, belle vue ! Maison fonctionnemlle. Andréa est très à l'écoute, réactif et fait tout pour rendre le séjour agréable. Il est toujours de bon conseil en ce qui concerne les visites, les restaurants... Tæt på perfekt

Først tak til vores vært for den fine modtagelse og de gode rejse råd. Vi bookede dette smukke hus i en varm periode, så vi var nød til at have vinduerne åbne om natten. Vi blev derfor vækket flere gange på grund af gøende hunde. Dette havde ikke været et problem, hvis der var en airkon på førstesalen. Ellers var alt perfekt. Funktionelt køkken, fine værelser, smuk udsigt, en helt fantastisk pool og skønne omgivelser med flere gode terrasser. Helt sikkert et hus vi vil anbefale.

Vacanza di 8 gg in una splendida abitazione

Con la mia famiglia quella di mio cognato e mia suocera in tutto 11 persone (5 adulti e 6 bambini) abbiamo soggiornato nella splendida abitazione di Salvatore e suo figlio Andrea!!! La struttura è molto grande su due piani con 4 camere da letto due bagni è un divano letto nell’ampio soggiorno!!! La piscina è enorme ed è presente anche una doccia all’asterno!!! Ci siamo sentiti a casa e ci siamo anche divertiti!!! La struttura è in ottima posizione si raggiungono facilmente Siracusa e le sue spiaggie ma anche altre località come Marzamemi Scicli Ragusa Modica Noto sono facilmente raggiungibili grazie ai collegamenti autostradali (non a pagamento) una location da consigliare!!

Superbes vacances dans une très belle villa avec piscine

Merci à Andréa et Salvatore pour leur accueil. Nous étions en vacances à Solarino avec nos enfants et petits-enfants et cette villa correspondait totalement à nos attentes. Nos enfants et petits-enfants étaient ravis de pouvoir profiter de la piscine avant et après nos visites quotidiennes dans les lieux touristiques proches. Nicole et Dominique.

Ottimo soggiorno

Bellissima la posizione della villa e della piscina, ben ventilata ed in estate fa piacere, la zona un po meno, è isolata anche se accanto vi è qualche abitazione in villa. È tutto come da foto, per il vero relax assoluto, tranne la notte per via di qualche cane randagio che organizza mega concerti, il resto della giornata sentirete solo le cicale. Per essere pignoli posso dire che il frigo è unico e quindi sottodimensionato per una villa che offre alloggio per 11 persone così come l'unico scaldabagno veramente piccolo (50 litri)

home in line with description, host welcoming and helpful

The home is perfectly in line with the description and photo: a lot of space and very clean and everything works, the swimming pool is gorgeous. Andrea, our host, was perfectly organized, speak a pretty good english and took time to provide all needed information related to the home and the area.The position on the hill is very calm and offer a nice view but make it a bit remote: driving: 5 min to the town, 20 from syracuse and 30 from the first sandy beach. It is a choice to do but we really enjoyed it. A lot of thing to do around and we only met nice people in shops of the towns around.
