After the payment. they told me that they don't have sifficient beds and they recommended to cancel the reservation. We had to find a hotel near by for the lodging. The staff didn't really care to help. They said they cancel the charge but they wouldn't provide a receipt.

소노 계열 숙소를 좋아하는 편이라 양양솔비치를 선택했어요. 오래된 호텔이지만 잘 관리되어 있고 편의시설과 식사가 모두 만족스러웠습니다. 조식은 맛없는 음식이 단 하나도 없을 만큼 모두 맛있고 간이 적당해 추천합니다.

수영장 겨울에는 실내만 사용하는데 비용대비 많이 아쉬웠습니다;;; 객실복도는 굉장히 방향제를 많이 사용했는데 객실에 문열고 들어가서는 좀 오래된 냄새가 좀 있었어요 2층이라 그랬는지 이그제크티뷰인데 바닥뷰는 좀 아쉬웠습니다.

객실도 깨끗했고 뷰가 멋졌습니다. 이런저런 시설이 많았고 코인 세탁실이 있어 아이들 옷을 세탁할 수 있어 좋았습니다. 유아배드 요청했는데 금방 객실로 가져다쥬셔서 좋았습니다. 오션플레이 수영장을 사용했는데 2,3세 아가들이 겨울에 이용하기에도 따뜻하고 좋았습니다. 2,3개 있는 야외온수풀도 지루할때 나갔다 오기 딱 좋았습니다.
