Newly remodeled, fully-furnished, 2 bedroom apartment located in the heart of Sodus Point NY. Fully-equipped kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi, and a private parking lot are just a few of the features The Cottage provides. Walking distance to the Sodus Point Lighthouse, popular restaurants, and very near the fishing charters in town. The first floor offers an open living area, dining room, a full kitchen as well as a full bathroom. Two Spacious bedrooms upstairs offer sleeping accommodations for up to 6 guests.

Just what we wanted
Three guys on bikes just passing through needing a place to stay. Location is great…close to restaurants and easy to head out for a walk.
Gave four stars on check in because wasn’t clear which unit we had. Four stars on location because no real outdoor space to relax in.
It was great for our needs. Would use again for sure.

Excellent place close to everything!
It is a group of apartments of varying sizes. We stayed on the largest one (I think) with 6 beds. Everything was very clean and accessible. We had a large group visiting for the day and needed a coffee maker and extra trash bags and Matt or Theresa were available to help out.
All in all it was a great experience. Thank you!!
