This place is not a good choice for a stay during the heat of the summer months. We chose to cut our three night stay to two nights because the house was so hot inside. The outside temperature during the day reached 82 degrees and the inside of the house was 80 degrees. The sliding glass doors did not have screens so they could not be left open for cross ventilation. It did not cool down inside until late at night. There were no portable fans for the bedrooms or main living area to help with the situation either. The front door weather strip broke off when we first arrived and opened the main floor front door. There was a broken floor tile by the sliding glass door that we taped down after my husband cut his foot on.
