From the moment you step inside the completely renovated unit, luxury meets

you at every corner. Luxury vinyl planking is throughout the entire condo with

porcelain tile in the bathroom. Brand new kitchen cabinets, new stainless

steel appliances and a beautiful granite peninsula with oversized sink are all

you will need! Snack at the bar or sit down at the new table in the dining

area. Brand new Queen sleep sofa, with 55 inch Smart TV, dresser and tech

savvy end tables with touch lamps in the living room. Enter the luxurious

bathroom with oversized deep tub with frameless glass shower doors. Store your

bath products in the tiled shower niche and soak your worries away in the tub!

The full vanity with quartz counter top and storage and drawer will suit all

your needs!

The 1 bedroom plus is fully equipped with 2 brand new luxurious pillow top

Queen mattresses and bedding. The 2 1/2 inch blinds can be opened to take in

those beautiful sunrises or the blackout curtains can be drawn for the perfect

sleeping environment. A full dresser with 43 inch Smart TV and a nightstand

are also available in the bedroom.

Allegheny 136 is in the perfect location whether you are mountain biking or

skiing! A few steps down the hallway to the stairs to the locker room where

you can store the mountain bikes or skis. No elevators needed! Relax on the

deck and take in the gorgeous views of the mountain from Allegheny 136. And

you may have to get a waffle from the Waffle House that is right outside your

door as well.
